We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return or exchange items purchased through everdcart.com within 30 days of receipt. Please note that late applications may not be accepted.
What is the Returns & Exchanges Policy?
1. Limited-time sale items, nightgowns, bras, corsets, bodysuits, bras, bra sets, panties, shapewear, stockings, nude bras, sale items, and jewelry are not covered under warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. All returned or exchanged items must be in brand new condition, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all related costs, and no refund will be issued.
3. Any address on the package is not an authorized return address. We will not accept return packages to addresses not authorized by our customer service representative.
4. No signature is required for returns! Please do not add a signature service, otherwise we may not be able to receive the package, which will delay your refund process. 5. Please do not send any letters to the return address for inquiries. We will automatically discard such letters. The best way to communicate and resolve issues is to contact us via email. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (telepmccullin24@outlook.com) and provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
For orders that have not yet shipped but need to be cancelled, we will provide a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests. Please request a return upon receiving the package.
Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If you have not received a refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.)
Return and Exchange Process
All returned and exchanged items must be in brand new condition, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and all original tags must be intact and in the original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all related costs, and no refund will be given.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Please note that late applications will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including order shipping fees).
We do not accept returns without prior notice.
Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative at telepmccullin24@outlook.com to obtain return authorization and a return address, and include your order number and reason for return in the email.
Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request email, our customer service representative will send you exchange/return instructions via email. Please follow the instructions to complete the exchange/return process.
Step 3: After receiving your package, we will process your refund or exchange within one week. Once the refund or exchange is processed, we will notify you by email, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account. Typically, you will receive your refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If you haven't received your refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.)
Note:
1. everdcart is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or missing during return shipping. You can contact the shipping company to file a claim.
2. Please carefully inspect returned items before sending them out. We are not responsible for returns of non-everdcart brand items. We cannot process refunds until you contact the shipping company to confirm the correct return address or the correct returned item.
